A Real Wild Thyme

After a long night of drinking what normally gets me ready to tackle the next day is FOOD! And what a way to dissolve my stomach contents then with brunch. A friend and local foodie suggested Wild Thyme and she usually knows her stuff so me and my party of 4 made our way to the beach side to wrap up our weekend with some sun and good eats. The location is everything. Right on Ft Lauderdale beach so from your seat you can see the sand, sun, and ocean blues. They do have outdoor seating but of course everyone would want to sit outside so for that perk I would suggest reservations. Now let's get into this menu. Weekend Brunch is from 11-3 we got there at 11:15 right before the rush. There were a few egg options, of course pancakes, and french toast, some hand held sandwiches everything moderately priced. At the bottom however there's a "Breakfast Board" it serves a minimum of 2 people. Let me just say this was the highlight of the day. The board which is literally a wooden slab is a Feast. It's a smorgasbord of starches, and meats, and fruits. There was even sliders and eggs benedict. we ate until we couldn't and for $20 a person it was a steal. With Great service and just as great food Wild Thyme is LAG Approved.
