Heaux Tale's Tour

So originally the concert date was February 4th but because she caught COVID she thought it was best to push back the dates. And to be honest the first shows back were a little shaky and even she knew that.

BUT LEMME TELL YOU BOUT HOUSTON!!!!

LEMME BACK UP A LITTLE BIT. now when the tour was first put together not sure if it was her, her label, her people, but numbers weren't expected so they booked small venues. Well this was an HBO of a show and as soon as tickets dropped they were sold out in not even minutes....seconds. Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Charlotte, Boston, Brooklyn, Philly, DC, Toronto to name a few stops. The Houston venue had to be moved to a bigger place 713 music hall.

Now I was a little upset the show was moved, however all things happen for a reason. Not even 24 hours before in Los Angeles Mrs "Jazmine Latrelle Sullivan" won not 1 but 2 Grammys for her Heaux Tales EP (not even an album). Now this is an honor wayyy over due. She's been nominated but has never won until now. A proud moment for her and her fans. It's this energy that she brought to light up and engulf the venue. Reassurance, Confidence, Swagg, she left it all on that stage including sweat and tears.

With a throat straight from above and vocal chords touched my God himself, she melodically took us through her discography. Hitting hight notes from her first album, running down the scale of her second. sasheing through Heaux Tales hits and even giving us singles like insecure.

In the wise words of Tiffany Haddish:

This what success look like
This what 2 Grammys look like
This what it look like
It's what it look like
