N7ice Cream

Spring is here and summer is right around the corner. What’s the one dessert that everyone is always walking around with? ....it’s usually in a cone or a bowl.

ICE CREAM!

We found a little hidden gem that uses liquid nitrogen to make their ice cream! Using liquid nitrogen allows the ice cream to be made fresh, creamy, and extremely customizable. At N7ice Cream you can pick your own base (ice cream, sorbet, or vegan) flavor (which they have over 15), and add-ins or toppings with over 20 to choose from. They also have a menu of 5 different specialty shakes to choose from or you could create your own.

We were extra and got the strawberry shortcake shake, so we went simple with the ice cream and ordered a vegan based cake batter ice cream with Cinnamon Toast Crunch mixed in. We were satisfied with selections and if you’ve ever had cold stone ice cream this was a very close second. The ice cream had a very creamy texture and rich flavor. We love the spot because it was small so that means not a lot of people and no long lines. Smaller location could also mean fewer workers, but they had just the right amount of workers to accommodate the number of guests present. We also went on a weeknight just before closing, with enough time to examine the menu and ponder on what to get. We asked the employees what their favorites were and suggestions for the customization of our order; they were extremely polite and helpful. You should definitely try N7ice Cream, even if you have to travel for it because who doesn’t love a good dessert with great service?
