Old Lady Gang

Song writer, singer, tv personality, mother, and add restaurateur to the already long list of successful career moves. Old Lady Gang or OLG as the locals call it is the southern food concept created by Kandy Buress and husband Todd Tucker. The name is taken from the at home kitchen masters, whose food she grew up on: Mother Joyce Jones, and aunts Bertha Jones, and Nora Wilcox.

Just because it may be called southern don’t make a meal “soul food,” however both southern and soul food would be perfect adjectives to describe both the menu selection and the experience OLG gives. With popular items like deep fried whipped deviled eggs, and steamed cabbage, it truly gives you  the summer family reunion/backyard cookout vibe. OLG has 3 locations  in ATL, Camp Creek, Castleberry Market, and the State Farm Arena. With three options Takeout, dine in and also available on Uber Eats, there’s no excuse not to chow with the Old Lady Gang.
